 From Steve Pritchard, 2009 Exhibits Committee Chairman:For each Sweetwater Camera Club exhibition that you plan to enter, you should fill out the two forms you see here. Click on the icons to download both the Artist Inventory form and the Exhibiting Artist agreement. Other forms will be added as necessary.
Please send in both forms in advance if possible. You will not need to sign the Exhibiting Artist Agreement form until the day you hand your work in, but you should fill out the rest of the form and send it in. You will be asked to sign the form in person when you deliver your work to the Cultural Arts Council. Thanks for your attention to detail in helping us administer and organize these exhibits.
